The beautiful private wrap round garden has its own gas barbecue, picks up both morning and afternoon sun, and opens out through its own gate to the park with the river beyond. There are two bathrooms and the ensuite bathroom has a spa.
There is are two flat screen TV's, one in the living room, one in the bedroom, DVD player and a sound system. It has 1 Queen latex bed, 1 double latex bed in the second bedroom, with room for an extra single bed as well if required. It is air conditioned.
